The tactical reconnaissance TR-3B's (code-named Astra) first operational flight was in the early 90s. The triangular shaped nuclear powered aerospace platform was developed under the Top Secret, Aurora Program with SDI and black budget monies. At least 3 of the billion dollar plus TR-3Bs were flying by 1994. The Aurora is the most classified aerospace development program in existence. The TR-3B is the most exotic vehicle created by the Aurora Program. It is funded and operationally tasked by the National Reconnaissance Office, the NSA, and the CIA. I dont think its cgi. I think it was a deliberate release of something the Government has,and we are being prepared for full disclosure that "aliens" and Humans have been working together for many years.
If you recall, the video is at night, so its going to have a fuzziness to it.This was taken against a dark sky, so the background is going to be exactly the way it appears in night vision.As for the craft itself, there are documents that verify this design.

But even if it turned out to be a fake, I know that there are enough of these same sightings and often enough to have this image be right on target with the other sightings.
Humans and Alien beings (EBE's) have been working with each other since the Sigma Project.
We have helped them to build underground bases like the one located in Dulce NM.
And they have provided technology that is so far advanced that we have to keep it a secret in order to keep the rest of the world from trying to copy it.

When astronaut Edgar Mitchell came out and admitted openly to knowing that there are Aliens; then the topic of "what if" was thrown out the window and replaced with "They're Here".
UFO Sightings are such a reoccurring event on a global scale that there is no way in hell every single sighting
would be man made,or a natural event. Not when there is the additional option that another life form "could" possibly be "revealing" themselves to us.Then the odds change and reality sets in.There most definitely IS a good chance that the Governments of the world have been,and currently are,involved with an Extraterrestrial society.We are told on one hand, like the Vatican, that Aliens should not be feared.(The Catholic Church has gone to extreme lengths covering this up for possibly hundreds of years.)
