I have a interesting question.

From all the forums I have been reading, from the NDE's to the 2012 rumor. I have searched and searched for definite answers, but I never received any. I need to know, are Aliens, UFOs, and the 2012 rumor real? My father says that the world will not end in 2012, because it was just a rumor.

I need to know, because I am 11, and I get scared easily, and I need to know the truth.

You will only ever get opinions from sites like this. It is up to you to decide the truth for yourself. However, I will tell you that I have not yet come across any substantial evidence towards the end of the world in 2012. I would listen to your father; remember that end of the world predictions are by no means new. If it makes you feel better, I am nearly certain that there is nothing to worry about in 2012.

You do not need to worry about 2012 as nothing is going to happen. When it comes to aliens, yes they do exist as we are not the only intelligent life in this universe. You can find much information on the subject by looking at ancient records, artworks, hundreds of cases of UFO sightings and photographs, abductions. When you consider the size of this universe, it is difficult to say that we are the only intelligent life. Our sun is a medium sized star in a galaxy that contains millions of other stars and there are millions of other galaxies, each with millions more of stars.

CassieBear it is good to listen to your father as he sounds very wise and has your best interest at heart. Most of the people that are talking on here like to talk about all sorts of wild and crazy things. The world will not end in 2012 so you have a long life ahead of you.

Cassiebear - what a curious child you are to go searching for such things as this website and 2012 ... The earth isn't going to end in 2012 maybe wonderful things will happen and/or we will learn more about ourselves and there will be some changes....I'd say don't worry about such things... believe in the good of the world and the possibility of great things happening here that are positive... your positive thinking can help this world become a better place... worry doesn't do anything good for anyone.... Enjoy each and every moment and show love to all those you care about... this can make a difference each and every day....

Things will happen as they always have. The tsunami in the Indian Ocean, The flood in New Orleans, Columbine and of course 911. Will something happen in 2012? It very well could, but then something could happen tomorrow.
2012 is just a place where people get together to talk and express their thoughts. It can be a good place to learn about the ideas and feelings of other people and watch their minds work. there is none!! what you take in is yours or some one else rubbish.
you decide which is right or wrong. as what i teach my child.
i would say keep away from this. there are mad people out there.
some that want to help, and some that like to destroy and mostly ones who don't care.
