Here are a few verses from the Book of Noah. In this book these beings are called Angels, but they sound a lot like aliens to me.

6-6 And they were in all, two hundred who descended on Mt. Hermon....

Armaros the resolving of enchantments,
Baraqijal astrology,{astronomy}

There are more listed but you get the idea. These are the same entities listed in the Bible as the ones who took wives of earth women and spawned giants. It seems they had a Prime Directive like Star Trek and weren't supposed to interfere in the affairs of humans.

Angels are not human - they are not of the earth - so they must be extra-terrestrial (not of the earth) so yes I agree that Angels = Aliens

You don't know how right you are, they are also connected to a lot of paranormal events. UFO, etc and travel in the same plain as the dead.

That sounds more like the book of Enoch rather than Noah; however, yes these entities are sometimes historically called the fallen angels. The bases of the story is that we were given insight/teachings by these beings in the topics as mentioned in the original post. In that regard, you can see the "messenger" aspect in the held traditional beliefs. There (according to the story) was an issue regarding the mating with females of earth which altered blood lines (DNA) from the original intent for our race. There were offspring of these unnatural unions which were for the most part destroyed by the flood which is why you find the information in the books you're viewing. As far as the original fallen angels, there are stories that they are still here today. Some are supposed to be under bondage and others out and about mingling in our worldly affairs. The bottom line is, all is not as it seems. As far as not from Earth, that part yet is left to be known and the court is still in the process of making a determination of origin. It is hard to know the extent of manipulation on all levels of our existence.

I would be careful taking anything from Genesis too literally, especially the Noah story (see my other post "Does anyone still believe in Noah's Arc" where I prove mathematically the literal translation is false). It's translation is symbolic rather than factual. As a fable it simply shows a social guide of acceptable conduct that allows a society to survive, and that straying from this "good" course has consequences. No real need for angels or aliens but it does spice the story up a bit. There's nothing better than a good yarn hey.

Alien means someone who doesn't belong where they are at.

ETs belong where they are at because being masters of space/time/energy/matter they permeate all dimensions.
