I find science to be a interesting thing,also philosophy is one of my favorite subjects.One of my favorite philosophers happen to be Socrates.
now ask your self? We as the human race happen to be a learning and developing race. battling between are egos,are thirst for knowledge.
Knowledge that has a consequence,good or bad depending how we use it. Beings from another planet coming to our planet that's a question,what happens when people meet up with these beings?

you have to look at this in a reality perspective,not like its tv. Beings come down to earth the first thing that will happen is the very bacteria in our air will eat away at their amune system. This is because, it states this in physical science book. "Adaptation " it took nature 1000's of years for humans to adapt to the simplest of bacteria in the air. That are body's have adapted to over time.

Then if they do manage to survive that, Most humans by our nature fear what we don't understand. If we do understand it ,we want to control it and take what ever technology it has.

Or maybe your selfish and you want keep the being from another planet against its will locked up. Possibly making sure those that are unworthy can not know about it.

Over all its just a opinion. I think there's to many selfish and bad people out there to make friends with another race like that. We have to first realize hey the world is not a episode on seventh heaven and We have to except something that is different from us. As Well as respect that difference,instead of be terrified of it and throwing the phrase around "I just want a normal life". Thank you ,but I could be wrong who knows.
