I'm very confused as to how this can be believed. 'Adding a zero' (multiplying by 10 when in decimal format) will add another 2 divisors to the number - 2 and 5. Moreover, the universe does not correspond to our own ways of writing down numbers. 10 is NOT a special number. It is simply the amount of different digits we have decided to use when writing numbers down.

It makes even less sense when you take into account that ten only has any relevance in decimal (base 10).
