The reason you see CIA.gov in the bottom corner is because you are still within the CIA mainframe search pages. The padlock is actually re-assuring because it says the page is secure - just like some other government and financial websites. So it is not censored, it is just a secure page telling you the search was unsuccessful.

When you click the tiny url you are taken to the infowars page linked within the CIA website. The padlock also has a red warning signal attached to it. This is not sinister either. It is simply a warning to the visitor that not everything on infowars is clearly verifiable. Again, not sinister because in truth that is correct. It may in the future turn out that everything is verifiable but today that is clearly not the case.

I will return later to reply and clarify why I asked my question.

But around the year 1800 the church was close to falling apart because of something called modernism and to save face they thew out the offenders and called them Freemasons and banished Freemasons from their members but I found that in 1960 Pope John-Paul revised the catholic churches position on Freemasonry and allowed that a Catholic may also be a Freemason.
