what if apes were created by man? what if man was banging some animal and created a monkey, would that be the same as evolution? could that explain the same dna? why in some 12-15th century paintings it shows a row of men in a sexual line and a woman in a tree with a animal having sex? a woman in mexico having sex with a donkey a porn site with a chick banging a dog? a man giving love to a sheep. what about the lady in cali and her pet chimp she treated as her mate. science is what man wants other men to believe. but not me i believe god created me and if i believe any thing else i will be damned and cursed just like the rest of those that dont believe in my heavenly father.

To me god does not exist, is non-sense.

I was raised a Christian and went to church every Sunday when I was younger.

Why have I stopped believing all together? because I don't believe "a god" would try to scare you in believing in him, because through thousands of years since the main religions have existed science has proved many assumptions wrong, over and over again.

This whole "god will judge you when you die" is the most pathetic way of trying to scare people into believing a religion and only weak minded people give in.

I don't know what happens when you die, but the idea of heaven and hell is just a fairytale, if "God" is as forgiving as people claim, he'd understand and forgive even the most evil people that have ever lived, people don't do things without a reason, even if they love killing there has to be a reason for it and if god is omnipotent he'll see that and be able to literally put himself in your shoes... why send you to hell when he can see and understand what went wrong with your life and help your soul?

During my life I have met tons of people from all religions and tons of people who don't believe in a god, from experience, religious people are way more likely to commit "sins", I am guessing that is because they know next time they go to church they can confess, do a few prayers and get a clean state of mind.

Many of us non-believers actually try not to do bad things again, not because of a god, but for ourselves and those around us, that to me is way more important than pretending to believe in something and doing wrong knowing you can confess your sins and go to heaven.

Obviously not all religious people commit sins and not all non-religious are angels.

Actually, I agree. Jesus can come at 2012. According to the bible, Jesus will come at the end of the world to get the
people who believe in god and Jesus and while others die of the earth destruction. Almost the whole Asia aren't believing
in god. Jesus is coming soon. I have evidence. The BIBLE. Jesus is going to have his second coming to Earth.

I honestly have a hard time understanding how any well educated, rational person can still believe in this outdated game of telephone. Any written account of Yeshua is bogus in the first place. The first (recognized) book of the New Testament was written thirty some odd years after his death. You're going to tell me that some guy who had a "vision" or had personally spoken with God isn't a prison of his own insanity? Hell, we have people every single day claiming to have personally spoken with or seen God, Jesus, Angels, or any other divine being. Do they have a personal connection with the Judeo-Christian God....No. They are simply crazy. Through study, experimentation and, God forbid, true scientific method we know that they are crazy and there is a chemical or functional imbalance in their brain. I'm not going to sit here and question the existence of God, I don't know. I'd like to think there is and something unimaginable will continue for me after I die, but again I do not know. For anyone who says they do know, they are lying to people and to themselves to obtain the perception that all the horrible things we go through down here will be awarded up there. I hear the arguments, which I once supported, "If religion helps someone live a good life of moral fortitude, there shouldn't be an issue, right?". Wrong. You should be able to do so with out any sort of crutch. That magnificent piece of meant up there in your noggin should be able to deduce what is right and wrong. Religion has turned into an excuse for men and women not to have to think about things. It turns issues into, well it's OK because it's God's Will. Really?! Is it God's will for a child to be raped and tortured repeatedly? Is it God's Will for entire nations of people to starve and die of disease because they don't have the means not to? Is it God's Will for Christians and Muslims to wage a holy war for eons just because "my book is right, and yours isn't"? All this acceptance just because that book tells you to or else is bologna. We question our government, our leaders, even our own constitution every single day. It's about time we do the same with The Holy Bible(New and Old Testament). All they were was a means to govern the masses anyways. These "rules" were set forth in a time when 99% of the world population was uneducated and oppressed. The Roman empire adopted Christianity to do what....anyone? That's right, to stop revolts by mass mobs and gain back control of their empire. The Pagan rituals and Gods they followed before were used for the same purpose, a way to govern their people. All in all, I guess I'm saying try and think for yourself for once. Ask questions and question the answers. In the end people are going to believe what they want to, but I myself would truly like to believe we as humans are much more evolved(there's that word) and intelligent than we were two thousand years ago.

I'm pretty sure no one has ever found a link between Apes and Donkeys/Sheep. Good hypothesis though. By the by, what are the titles of those paintings? You can't trust what you see in art anyways, it's interpretative. I've seen art depicting witches, but we rational thinkers know that's a bunch of hoo-haw. That last line is kind of arrogant though, don't you think? What about the other half of the planet that thinks otherwise? That's a true blue Christian for you, "I have no problem with the way you think or live your life, but you're still wrong." It's turn the other cheek, not turn the other butt cheek.

to ano...the guy that knows all you sound like you lived or had another life when Jesus was in his physical form here on earth. So for you to tell somebody that the gospel isn't real and that Jesus is not the son of god who died for our sins, but just a cool guy, you're being a hypocrite because there is a book out there called the bible and text books from history class in high school that tell that: A. He was a real person and B. That he died for our sins. So if you can show me something that says Jesus was just a cool dude then I would advise you to go with what the book says and trust in him. Besides what do you have to lose if you do follow...a life, because if that is all, if all you have to do is believe in god, jesus, pray, and praise him and you don't want to because you haven't seen with your own eyes then you're just using that as an excuse to, as us christians call it, sin and you're just one of those people that's always going to wonder what your purpose in life is. Because you purpose is to serve the lord. Now, I'm not a saint by any lengths but I do know that there is something more and if you don't, then what are you living for.
