Is the International Space Station our modern day Noah's
Ark?
Should the Dec. 21,
2012 predictions come true, will a few selected elite take shelter in the ISS and return after our planet becomes habitable again?

Not unless they figured out how to grow food in space. And even then there would be a water supply issue. So in answer to your question, no.
