Earth created 6000 years ago?

Postby kev10504 » Mon May 18, 2009 3:02 pm

Fact 1: The continents are moving

Fact 2: The continents were all joined at one point in time.

Lets say the continents were joined when God created the earth. That would require the continents to move at a rate of approximately 1/2 to 3/4 miles per year. I have been on this planet 38 years. I can assure you the continents haven't moved 20 -25 miles since my birth. Was there an accelerated movement? Did they slow down? Is Pangea an urban legend?

Explain this away? Maybe someone stole Moses scepter and divided the continents?

Lets say when god created the earth, well now I figure a creator can do that task, moving continents on his creation is mere icing the cake. The reason for all creation is for a creator experiencing creation, we are all part of a creator and experiencing creation from a creator. All of the universe is this way, some were along the line some nasty mad scientists took over and in their efforts dummied down humans enough to make clones of humans a step removed from the creator. That is the situation we are in now and what blocks us from experiencing the creator directly.

Lol.
Maybe Moses did.

Okay here's an idea/theory I have.
All the land beneath us having metal/magnetic plates, pretty much, right?
Every time a galactic event happens, such as the passing of asteroids, cosmic events, etc, the world's rotation will be disrupted, and the huge magnetic flow between the land, and the events that happen adds current to the metal plates, in which it moves the continents, and divides them.
Only something like a galactic alignment, huge electric/magnetic experience. Perhaps this is what the Mayan calendar is all about?
Basically think our solar system makes its orbit around whatever it orbits.

Cheers,

We are now on the verge of becoming free from the "nasty mad scientists" who have grounded us to this existence, then we can rejoice and be free to be who we choose. Just have Love in your heart and believe in the creator.

Your answer is simple if you at least move back the date the Earth was created a few billion years. Hell, lets go crazy. Lets say God didn't create the Earth. And lets say it took a while for water to develop on Earth. Assuming it didn't take TOO long, there should be plenty of time for the continents to move themselves around with plate tectonics. I'd say saying that the Earth was created 6000 years ago would be the understatement of the century. A severe underestimate if you ask me. You'd have to explain a lot of fossils, such as those of the dinosaurs, who were NOT alive 6000 years ago.

Bible Nuts always try to back up their beliefs with science.

If it were not for those "nasty mad scientists" your ass would be sitting in a cave right now hacking on a dead animal with your stone axe. Look around you. Everything you see is a result of the efforts of some "nasty mad scientist". You may even be alive today because of an antibiotic or a vaccine discovered by a group of those nasty scientists.

What is obvious is that you people (first poster excepted) have not even minimal knowledge or training in ANY of the sciences. You hate what you do not understand or attempt to understand. How is science blocking you from experiencing your creator? This is meaningless drivel.

You had better hope that we are NOT on the verge of becoming free of those "nasty mad scientists" because without them you would not survive for very long. None of us would. I seriously doubt that any of you could even make a stone axe, or a fire for that matter.

Just for the record, the planet we live on is not 6000 years old, it is approximately 4.7 BILLION years old. Those nasty mad geologists and geophysicists seem to think so. I think I will throw in with them and reject you. At least they know that the continents are not magnetic.

If there is any "dummied down" occurring, you people are obviously victims of it.

The earth was made 6 billion years ago. The continents move 2-3 cm each year. Study up next time. Don't be schooled by a thirteen year old.

GOD CREATED EARTH lmao

There was a planet called Tiamas 4 x the size of earth and had many creatures, perhaps fairytale creatures dinosaurs etc.
A dwarf star called planet x or Nibiru smashed into Tiamas smashing Tiamas into. Half of it is the earth as we know it today!
And also the moon as well as the asteroid belt..

Have a look on google earth. You will notice, the pacific ocean (great mass of water) where half of the earth has been molded there. Maybe all land masses were attached before gravity moved all land masses..

The planet might be old but life on the planet is young!

Well, I am one of those "Bible Nuts" and you ARE TOTALLY WRONG, AS IT HAS BEEN PROVEN BY A NEWER TIME DATA, WHICH IS BASED ON NUCLEAR USAGE, AND FOUND THE EARTH IS NOT OVER 7,000 Years old, where as the time they set on the older method had everything in the millions and billions of years, the old style tested human skin, from a live person to be 7,000 plus years old. It has been man's way of trying to disprove God, and it matters not, as in the end we will all see Him and understand, why we go which direction it is we chose.

There were Dinosaurs spoken of in Job, if you would read your Bible you would understand these things.

As for the movement of the continents, if they were moved, it could have been when the Food came in Noah's time.

Science did not make things, people made things. They had tools ;long ago, and not from some scientific caveman.
