I'm going to take an educated guess, and say that you probably have not studied science in any greater detail? According to all different books of Religion, and doomsday prophets, we should have been doomed around a thousand times by now. Relax, kick back, enjoy life, and the end will come when it comes... There is nothing we can do to stop it anyway, right?

It also says in the Bible that man will never know the exact date and time in which the world will end. So all of this talk about 2012 being the end of times is probably a huge distraction to a greater, more elaborate plan of the universe. I think we should be looking past this date, but while keeping it in mind, so that we can try to hope to know what to expect once this date actually does approach. Something is definitely going to go down, but What exactly, is the big question that you want to ask yourself.
